Job Description:
We are currently seeking candidates to fill the role of Shipping and Receiving / Delivery Driver at our Brazil, Indiana location. This position ensures the efficient movement of materials and finished goods in and out of our facility. The candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory. The role requires a strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and a focus on maintaining safety and quality standards.

Pay Based on Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery and receipt of shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the shipping team.
  • Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

CNC Machinist

Job Description:
We are currently seeking candidates to fill multiple CNC machinist positions at our Brazil Indiana location. Candidate will machine aerospace parts by operating, setting up computer numerical control (CNC) machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment. The role requires the above to be accomplished within GD&T principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

Pay Based on Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to operate, set up, and maintain a CNC Machine
  • Ability to handle “one-off” jobs as well as set-up and prove-out production jobs
  • Solid math skills, including measuring and keeping records
  • Effective at planning, prioritizing and organizing tasks and activities, with the ability to deal with competing demands within specified timeframe.
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of five (5) years of machining experience required
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
  • Problem solving ability
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to train new or lower-level machinist.
  • Familiarity with G and M codes.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee should have the ability to stand for long durations of time. The employee could be required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
